Mighty in sorrow, our hearts forever bleed.
Bodycount is a participant of the first and second CRAB Tournaments, and a recurring character of the Saga. An eerie doll at the service of the Gamemaster, she decides the fate of her opponents via coin-toss - and those who lose are added to the dimension inside her holding the innumerable victims of the Gamemaster under her thrall.
Due to her actions she is the main antagonistic force of Crab 1, as well as a secondary antagonistic force in Crab 2 and 3.
Appearance
Personality
Bodycount has no personality, as she is simply a magical doll that serves as the Gamemaster’s killcount. However, she does emote in an odd, creepy manner, and seems to smile after killing as well as showing curiosity for things, like glaring at Alexis when he tried to attack her. In her inner world, the countless undead pledge allegiance to her and are in a constant state of sorrow and longing, yet they recognize their shared strength.
She is however clearly entirely loyal to the Gamemaster.
Powers and Abilities
Being the Gamemaster’s main enforcer during the first two tournaments, Bodycount is seemingly as strong as he wishes. However a mechanic of fairness is installed in her - and by winning a coin toss one might be safe from the doll’s fury. This was at least once cheated since Asha confessed cheating her cointoss in order to avoid fighting the doll. Once the coin lands in the wrong side, however, Bodycount will awaken and hunt down and kill the Crab who faces her. For that she has access to the countless undead within her own blood dimension, red ghouls of great strength and power, innumerable victims of the Gamemaster, previous champions of past CRAB tournaments, as well as beings of godly power at the level of the Gamemaster himself who also became thralls of the doll. All of them inside the dimension seem to be under a spell that makes them lose memories and identity, and while they long for release they consider themselves astray and devoid of hope and will sink anyone who enters into the same state. They power the doll by offering their blood and she is as well protected by powerful blood magic serving as a force shield around her. Bodycount can as well exist in two dimensions at once - her physical self which is a gateway for the undead and the core self that exists inside and her weak point.
Background
History
Crab 1
Round 1
Bodycount (won, entry) vs Kif (lost, entry). Match page: C1 R1 - Bodycount vs Kif
In Kif’s reality, Conqueror told Kif there was no backing out now as he was scared because of seeing the Franken-Girl announcer. Asha booed Kif and Emily instead cheered him on, and the man gathered courage and decided to go. After a fantastic dynamic entrance, he introduced himself full of confidence, but when the Gamemaster introduced the announcer Kif got a panic attack and began rambling and covering himself at the dead stitched lady. Conqueror facepalmed, Incel stared, Emily prayed for the suffering of those watching to end and Asha decided to leave then. However Kif pretended to be only playing and managed to tell the wizard to call his opponent. The Gamemaster then summoned Bodycount, which Kif gasped at, saying he had never seen anything so repulsive. He then however saw Berlo and instantly fainted. As the announcer and the Gamemaster looked in disbelief, the mage in the end just used Kif’s hand with magic to toss a coin, and declared Bodycount the winner.
In Bodycount’s canon reality, Kif did the coin toss required by Bodycount and nervously saw he had failed. The doll then detected him and activated, a living abomination corpse emerging out of it much to the man’s terror. The creature then ripped Kif’s heart as Bodycount smiled… but the Gamemaster stopped it and resurrected Kif, giving him a new heart and noting they would not die yet in this round. Bodycount ate Kif’s old heart and went to sleep.
Round 2
Bodycount (won, entry) vs Nova (lost) in Hunting. Match page: C1 R2 - Bodycount vs Nova
In Nova’s unreleased reality, he hunted at night while being chased by a clown monster.
In Bodycount’s reality, she killed Nova, ate most of him and stuck some remains (likely the head) in a box she sent to his team. Super J attempted to calm down Justin who broke down as he saw it in a Se7en reference.
Round 3
Bodycount (won, entry) vs Joseph Pryde (lost, entry). Match page: C1 R3 - Bodycount vs Joseph
In Joseph’s reality, after the meeting with the Crabs he tried to hit on Linda saying they never spent too much time together. She however brushed him off saying she was not interested and that she had to go fight an abomination. Joseph was then suddenly teleported to the Bucket, where Bodycount was waiting for him, with it dawning on him that it was the doll the Janitor meant. Calling her creepy and deciding to end things quickly, he grabbed his bat and smashed her, seemingly defeating her and doing his team’s catchphrase “dough boys deliver”. However, a red corpse emerged from the doll. Joseph threatened, then pleaded saying he had too much to lose, and ultimately tried to convince the monster with Pizza, but he was punched and eaten. He woke up then inside Bodycount, where he was greeted by both Nova and a part of Kif that still remained inside the doll, the Gamemaster noting they were all dead. Joseph then shouted at the Gamemaster for kidnapping them and killing them, but the wizard said those were the rules. Joseph then said he would find his own way out, but the GM noted that was impossible and that he could try fighting the doll again and getting head, which Joseph noted was a malapropism. In the end, Joseph could never find the way out and died. Many Crabs then mourned the loss.
In Bodycount’s reality, Joseph faced the doll that appeared as a horrible amalgamation using Nova’s corpse. Filled with fury or fear, he smashed with his bat, but Bodycount sliced him in two with Nova’s weapon and devoured him.
After Crab 1
With the remaining Crabs having escaped the Bucket, Bodycount continued at the service of the Gamemaster.
Crab 2
Round 3
Bodycount (won, entry) vs Prince Alexis (lost, entry) vs Vormio (lost). Match page: C2 R3 - Bodycount vs Prince Alexis vs Vormio
In Vormio’s reality, she created a mixtape so powerful it completely destroyed Manarchy causing the team to be disbanded.
In Alexis’s reality, the Crabs watched as the match began with them complaining about it and why a “shit-tier” like him was facing her. They kept bitching about the matchup and how Alexis was a jobber, Tammy saying she would have beaten him. Manarchy and Lustless complained they talked but they couldn’t hurt the doll either and cheered the Prince Alexis thanked the Gamemaster for letting him face his strongest servant and introduced himself to Bodycount, which did curtsy. He noted she was well mannered, then when the fight began he used his sword Queen Gloria to bisect the opponent, from which Vormio emerged. She began fantasizing with marrying Alexis and getting impregnated by him, but then was reabsorbed by the doll who turned Vormio-like and attacked again, but was once again cut down with a blast. However from her undead Kif emerged and punched the dragon, while undead Nova held him. As Bodycount prepared to take the final hit Alexis transformed into his dragon form and blasted on her, but Kif took the hit. The doll summoned more and more undead and overpowered him, landing on top - removing his blindfold, he used his power to erase them. Bodycount then mutated into a giant Vormio undead abomination. Inside the doll, Vormio woke up and realized she was dying - its grief causing the doll to grow and grow and erupt, and the dragon blasted through in a huge explosion that destroyed the Bucket. Finding the dying Vormio, Alexis consoled her before she passed away.
In Bodycount’s canon reality, Vormio was already inside Bodycount’s dead world and was grabbed by a blood hand. She began then explaining what she had seen - a group of red corpses gathering around the doll, offering her their blood and asking if it was enough. At some point, the doll’s eyes opened - as she was ready to face Alexis. Bodycount wrapped herself in darkness and summoned three ghouls who shared a smoke and identified Alexis. As the king created an explosion, the corpses emerged from the blast and attacked, but he dispatched them with his sword and his powers. He noticed then something biting at his tail and when he turned saw many dead babies chewing at him, then more, more, an army of undead emerging from the other side. Although Vormio had shouted to Alexis that he was alone, she then remembered she was there as well and could help, and raged at the dragon for wasting time on the undead and not coming there to face the doll herself. Using her magic, Vormio summoned Alexis’s spirit inside the Bodycount dimension so that he may save her. He walked among the dead hearing Vormio’s cries for help, and encountered then the doll surrounded by corpses. As he jumped to attack it, a blood barrier stopped him, and Vormio noted powerful blood magic defended Bodycount and that she had also failed to damage her. Vormio was at that point too weakened and could do no more than to give Alexis her staff, although she recognized both knew it was likely a losing fight. Outside Alexis kept fighting the army of undead, while inside his spirit began being absorbed by the dimension and losing its self much like Vormio. Vormio explained Bodycount’s nature as a bag holding not only the Gamemaster’s victims but also an essence of power stolen short and cruelty, and how it also included many fallen previous CRAB champions as well, as well as Gods that once stood on par with the Gamemaster himself, which the physical Alexis in his dragon form flew to reach. Already warped by Bodycount, Vormio asked if Alexis’s kingly nature could give them the change they wanted, and the King replied that maybe and held one of the ghouls. He told Vormio then to shut the fuck up, and asked the ghoul what was that she needed. The ghoul responded by poem, that when you smile the world smiles with you and when you laugh the sun shines through. Alexis laughed, and offered to sing himself. Meanwhile, his dragon form charged against the doll at the zenith, biting it and damaging it while his kingly self answered the call of the undead, telling them they would break free of the wizard’s might. However, he was damaged and began sinking into the blood, the dead chanting their hopes were gone and that Alexis refused to see what was there for him to see. Now an amalgamation of the undead, the doll fought the dragon as they rose towards the universe and those beings of transcendent nature. The spirit tried to reassert his will, standing, but he was again pushed down by the dead, who chanted his path led astray. They sunk Alexis in a sea of blood, conceding their hearts to their pale queen, powerful yet still filled with sorrow.
After Crab 2
Bodycount was lost after the battle with Alexis, seemingly leaving alongside the Gamemaster once Chadwick took power, who nonetheless admitted he would not be able to control her. The Crabs trapped in the Bucket were at least glad they did not have to deal with her as well.
Crab 3
Bodycount reappeared in the final round during the Rebellion (R3 Mishka VS Harry), when Mishka rebelled against the Gamemaster, as she was sent to stop the snake girl. She was cut by Origami Samurai, giving Mishka an opening - then ultimately met her final demise as Mishka detonated the Magai ball, being deleted alongside with the snake and the samurai and finally meeting its end.
After Crab 3
As the Gamemaster left the tournament then, Bodycount was no more. However only the doll was blown up, and the dimension of death she led to still exists somewhere, just cut from access.
Relationships
Life Within CRAB
She did not particularly interact with her “team”, who found her unsettling.
Bodycount stopped Crabs from attempting to escape the premises, by killing them.
In Crab 2, she continued doing this while remaining as the Gamemaster’s main enforcer. After Crab 2 and the fight with Alexis, she was weakened and replaced by Berbie instead as the enforcer.

Trivia
- Bodycount refers to the GM’s kill count. A spellbound inventory of corpses (for necromancy) rather than a character.
- Her name is sometimes abbreviated to BBC.
- She was likely based on Ellie, a little girl the Gamemaster knows.
- Bodycount was added out of necessity in Crab 1 due to uneven number of participants requiring that some matches be decided by coin toss.
