Gooey Kabloouie Kirk, known simply as Kabloouie is a participant of Crab 5 as a member of Cat Summer. She is an oni fiend with detachable limbs and head that explode and eventually regenerate. She is a sweet and sour sort, but is the responsible level head of her team when she’s not under the effects of the Morality Mix.
Appearance
Kabloouie is a 5’3”, 162cm devil woman with a rotund build. She has pale red skin covered in cuts and scrapes, pale red hair styled into a bob with a poofy bouffant, yellowish eyes and horns, and hooved feet. She has a lit fuse-like tail, and a second lit fuse connected to the back of her head, which is not connected to her body.
She wears a short, tight red dress with charred edges and a heart shaped Locket worn around her chest on a strap. She has a few thin arrows sticking out of her chest, as well as yellow-orange winged eyeliner.
In Round 2, Kabloouie wears a blue and white striped swim dress with a blue sun hat.
Personality
Kabloouie is outgoing and friendly person. She’s very supportive of her friends, even her Cat Summer teammates who tend to disturb her. She gives good advice, but often becomes carried away in her actions.
Despite her positive tendencies, she has a sweet and sour disposition, and can become violent and radical in some circumstances. She has a fanatical hatred of blonde people, as she equates them to angels that wish to harm her. She’s also not above stretching the truth to get a desired outcome.
When she takes the Morality Mix potion, Kabloouie becomes crazed, violent, and foul-mouthed; becoming hard to control.
Powers and Abilities
Kabloouie is nearly invulnerable to damage, sans her soul which is stored in a locket on her chest. Her primary power is her ability to detach her limbs and head and throw them as exploding projectiles using her above average throwing strength. After exploding, they eventually grow back. She is also immune to fire.
Kabloouie has infinite blood and cannot bleed out.
Background
Kabloouie works for the Divine Intervention Corporation, a therapy service that acts like the angel and devil on someone’s shoulder.
History
Pit Entry
Kabloouie (WON) versus Houndclops (LOSS)
In Kabloouie’s pit entry, she hunts down the Houndclops. After finding it, she chucks her exploding head at it, which Houndclops eats and tanks the explosion without issue. Her head regenerates, but the Houndclops’ bites her arm, which also explodes. Kabloouie eventually has enough, explodes all of her limbs and head, and and kills the Houndclops, leaving her as just a torso.
Round 1: Hell
Kabloouie (WON) versus Captain Cheddar (LOSS)
Canon
In Hell, Kabloouie attempts to convert Captain Cheddar to Satanism under slightly false pretenses and with promise of a free Devil Man comic. Captain Cheddar enthusiastically accepts, but after filling out the documents, the satanic priests find that Captain Cheddar has no blood to sign with, and thus sacrifice him to Kabloouie’s horror.
Non-canon
Kabloouie and Captain Cheddar are tasked with ring the bells of the cathedral first. After a mad cap dash up the bell tower, Kabloouie severs Captain Cheddar’s cheese limbs and he falls to the ground. Down there, he discovers a smaller bell and rings it, technically winning the match.
Round 2: Hawaii
Kabloouie (LOSS) versus Pier Trissan (WON)
Canon
A now female Pier is tasked with stopping an evil Kabloouie from using her own bomb-like body to carry out the attacks on Pearl Harbor. Pier is initially unsuccessful, crashing and becoming horribly injured as Kabloouie begins to breach the hull. However, Pier then takes a potion to become an alien creature that is powerful enough to defeat Kabloouie.
Non-canon
Kabloouie, worried about what she did to Captain Cheddar in Round 1, unwinds with Pier before the Luau, getting potions from Gato and G. Marion-ette. The potions turn Pier into a woman and Kabloouie evil. Just as they finish drinking the potions, Pearl Harbor breaks out. They both work to stop the attack, but Evil Kabloouie is still out of control following the encounter, killing Pier’s love interest Agent Snow. Pier douses Kabloouie with water, killing her, but taking emotional damage.
Round 3: The Bucket
Kabloouie (WON) versus Janitor (LOSS)
Canon
Rattled from the previous rounds, Kabloouie is not up to fighting Janitor. Janitor also requests pacifism as he does not want Kabloouie to fall in combat. Puppetmaster, upset by the lack of action, gives Kabloouie the morality mix potion again spice things up. Kabloouie attacks Janitor and the fight begins. The members of Cat Summer sans Locket want to try and return Kabloouie to normal, and devise a vaccine.
The vaccine comes slightly too late, as Kabloouie kills Janitor. She contemplates what she’s done, but Janitor respawns. Only out of bounds counts. After discussing the wish, Kabloouie feels that Janitor’s wish to be back with his family is greater than her’s, so she walks off platform and gives Janitor the win.
Non-canon
After reflecting on comforting his daughter Blossom’s past trauma of seeing Janitor compete, Janitor is tasked with fighting Kabloouie. Janitor offers her a chance not to fight, but she doesn’t want to let her team down again and attacks Janitor. They fight with Kabloouie hurling explosives. She then inflates herself into a massive bomb, but accidentally floats out of bounds, giving it to Janitor. In the hospital, Janitor consoles her after the loss and offers to mentor her.
Cameos
Round 1
Locket: (Canon) Kabloouie wakes Locket up, but gets her head punched off, which explodes off screen.
Round 2
Locket: (Canon) Kabloouie wakes Locket up to find she’s turned into a human after drinking the Ohana potion. Locket, ecstatic, shows off her new body by flashing her breasts at Kabloouie. Later, Kabloouie appears with her Cat Summer teammates in the hotel ahead of Locket’s match.
Round 3
Locket: (Canon) Kabloouie is in the front row of Locket’s wedding as Locket’s maid of honor.
Side Stories
Cat Summer Team Comic (Locket): Kabloouie is seated on the couch next to 17ling and Illwill. She turns her head backwards to not look at the pornography 17ling has on screen. She partakes in Locket’s stolen cookies.
